A bit about me
Hello and welcome, I'm Estelle, let me tell you a little about myself.

Before Covid, I worked as HR Manager in a large secondary school where I was responsible for giving strategic vision and leadership for all the HR management functions. Covid lockdowns gave me the opportunity to re-evaluate things and take stock. I realised that I could use my skills and experience working from home, supporting small businesses / entrepreneurs with the admin tasks that bog them down, freeing them to use their skills and talents doing what they love and to grow their businesses. A win, win situation …. and so, Chew Valley VA was born.

Friends and colleagues would tell you that I'm the 'go to' person if you want to get something done! I am well organised, proactive, professional, trustworthy, confidential, calm, adaptable, efficient with a good sense of humour.
Although my specialism is HR supporting, small businesses, and HR Professionals with all aspects of HR admin and processes, I have a wealth of experience across all areas of administration and research projects.

On a personal basis one of the things I love is motorcycling! There's nothing like riding down to the coast, or through the countryside, here or in Spain particularly. I also love walking the dog, anything to do with animals, wildlife and nature.
